03 - 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons water; cook for 2 minutes. Add black beans and heat for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large rimmed baking sheet or platter in a rectangular shape representing the soccer field.
05 - Spoon the beef and bean mixture over the chips, then evenly sprinkle both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on top.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
07 - Allow to cool slightly, then spread the mashed avocado in a smooth layer over the chips to form the green soccer field, leaving a border of visible chips.
08 - Fill a piping bag or a zip-top bag with sour cream, snip a small corner, and pipe field lines, goal boxes, and the center circle onto the avocado base.
09 - Use diced red bell pepper pieces as corner flags, sliced black olives as players, and chopped cherry tomatoes with cilantro to resemble fans or field accents.
